New GUI Vertical Volume Slider Bar

I've finished working on this asset and am posting it for you all to use. If I had the opportunity to buy an asset like this when I was creating my game it would have saved me so much time and effort. So I am posting it up here so you don't have to slave away like I did. XD

I tried to do a better job with commenting and documenting on this asset. Let me know what I can do better if you have suggestions!

I decided to include my object where you can add songs into a DS List and have them played at random during your game. It's an added bonus for you. If anyone has issues with getting this one to work please just message me and I'll be happy to help.
