This asset is for Gamemaker projects and is great for use with background layers in your game.
The lightning is completely random every time and can be easily setup with timers to start randomly in your project's background.
It can also be enhanced with the use of the Distortion layer effect that can be accessed if you have a Gamemaker Subscription.

Remember, the effect is a LOT better if you have a subscription to Gamemaker and use distortion for the layer.
